PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sliding of a large coil spring with the outer periphery of a window part of each rotating member by preventing sliding of a small coil spring with the large coil spring. SOLUTION: The spring seat 51 for supporting a first coil spring 34 for absorbing/attenuating torsional vibration and a second coil spring 35 having an outer diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the first coil spring 34 and disposed inside the first coil spring 34 comprises an end support part 52, a protruding part 54, and an outer circumferential-side cover part 53. The end support part 52 is a member for supporting an end of the first coil spring 34 and an end of the second coil spring 35 in a compressing direction. The protruding part 54 is protruded from the end support part 52 in the compressing direction of the second coil spring 35 to support the inner circumference of the second coil spring 35. The outer circumferential cover part 53 is formed to cover a part of the first coil spring 34 from the outer circumferential end part of the end support part 52, and supports the part of the first coil spring 34 from the outer circumferential side.
