<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment and diagnostic system with an improved operability for changing or fixing the position and angle of its ultrasonic probe so that a related burden imposed on both its operator and a subject can reduce. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe holder 21 is composed of a probe-side plate 22, a holder 23, a holder-side inner plate 24 and a holder-side outer plate 25. The probe-side plate 22 is connected with and fixed to the ultrasonic probe 1. The holder 23 is a material to retain each plate. The holder-side inner plate 24 and outer plate 25 are the members to guide the probe-side plate 22 in its movement. The respective plates are in the shape of an egg shell or a part of spherical surface. These spherical surfaces are centering on the ultrasonic wave transmission and reception part 31 on the surface of the ultrasonic probe 1. Even when the angle of the ultrasonic probe 1 is changed, the transmission and reception part 31 does not move.
