PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain nodes constituting an ad hoc/network that are capable of reducing the amount of information. SOLUTION: A node 101-s, when there are existent adjacent nodes exceeding a manageable number, once receiving hello message including adjacent node information from a node 101-a, if link quality La of the foregoing hello message is smaller than or equal to the minimum link quality Lmin in an adjacent node assembly, discards the hello message from the node 101-a. Further, the node 101-s, once receives a broadcast message involving adjacent node information from a node 101-b, and if link quality Lb of the foregoing hello message is greater than the minimum link quality Lmin, then it deletes a node having the minimum link quality Lmin from the adjacent node assembly and registers the node 101-b to the adjacent node assembly.
