<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive silicone grease composition exhibiting high thermal conductivity, having excellent fluidity prior to curing and therefore exhibiting favorable workability, capable of filling fine indentation and therefore reducing contact heat resistance, and also able to prevent oil separation and bleeding of the heat conductive material after curing to attain excellent heat radiation performance and reliability and, furthermore, to provide a heat conductive silicone grease composition having excellent workability, radiation performance and reliability, exhibiting improved durability under high temperature and humidity condition, and exhibiting further improved reliability in actual use. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides a heat conductive silicone grease composition including an organopolysiloxane containing ≥2 Si-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule, an organopolysiloxane having a specific structure and a kinematic viscosity of 10-10,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s at 25°C, an alkoxysilane containing specific substituent groups, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing ≥2 SiH groups in one molecule, a heat conductive filler, a platinum-based catalyst, and an addition reaction retarder, and a cured material of the grease composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
