<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a variable printing developing neither sagging and flapping in a material to be printed nor bruising and printing stain on the surface of the material to be printed. <P>SOLUTION: Each of impression cylinders 6 of printing units 3a-3d arranged between a pair of feed rollers 1 and 2 is made possible to synchronously rotate with the feed rollers. Guide rollers 14a and 14b for wrapping the material to be printed running between printing cyinders and the impression cylinders around the impression cylinders over the predetermined contact angles are arranged at least either on the upstream side or on the downstream side of each of the impression cylinders under the condition that, at each impression cylinder, a timing pulley 15 and a V-pulley 16, both pitch diameters of which are made equal to each other, are provided and, in addition, at each of the guide rollers, timing pulleys 17a and 17b and V-pulleys 18a and 18b, both pitch diameters of which are made equal to each other, are provided and further the ratio of the pitch diameters of the timing pulley and the V-pulley provided at the impression cylinder to those of the timing pulleys and the V-pulleys provided at the guide rollers are made equal to the ratio of the outer diameter of the impression cylinder to one of each of the guide rollers so as to wrap a timing belt 22 over each of the timing pulleys and a V-belt 23 over each of the V-pulleys. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
