<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination guidance system presenting a medical examination waiting state to a patient and also presenting the waiting time. <P>SOLUTION: When the patient makes an appointment for a medical examination with a reception terminal 300, the reception terminal 300 generates medical examination reception data 399 having medical examination department information, etc., stores the data in an IC card 100 of the patient and simultaneously transmits the data to a management server device 700. In the management server device 700, medical examination reception data queues 780 are provided for every medical examination department information and the received medical examination reception data 399 is stored in a medical examination reception data queue 780.
