METHOD FOR LOADING NOZZLE TIP FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for loading a nozzle tip capable of reducing the load of manual loading work without using an automatic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the method, the nozzle tip 11 is loaded in a rack storing a nozzle tip which is connected and disconnected at the end of a nozzle dispensing a specimen. A thin-plate holder arranging a plurality of nozzle tips in a vertical position is disposed in a loading tool. A rack 13 formed with a plurality of vertical insertion holes for inserting the nozzle tip is put into the loading tool to be under the nozzle tip holder. The nozzle tip is aligned with the insertion hole. The rack is moved upward to insert the nozzle tip into the insertion hole. The rack storing the nozzle tip is removed from the loading tool by moving the rack upward or frontward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
