<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and a load on a maintainer by obtaining correct situation, so as to rapidly, appropriately, and efficiently perform correspondence and to attain efficient business and the elimination of unnecessary mobilization. <P>SOLUTION: A remote communication monitor system is obtained by connecting a PHS to the maintenance personal computer of a communication monitor apparatus so as to view information of the communication monitor apparatus from an arbitrary place, and arranging a support menu so as to allow the contact address lists of company members, relevant organs, contractors, and manufacturers, information of works, etc., and an SVE position list to be browsed for preparation for correspondence in an emergency, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
