摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of the lifetime of a member exposed to a high temperature such as a steam turbine, or the like that takes into consideration the stress relaxation phenomenon. SOLUTION: In step 100, a fatigue state is investigated at a region exposed to a high temperature of the member in a mounting machine, and, in step 102, a numerical value analyzing model is set by modeling the mounting machine. In steps 104-112, acting heat stress made to act on the numerical value calculation model obtained by modeling the mounting machine is calculated by the inverse analysis from an analyzing technique, taking into consideration the stress relaxation phenomenon of creep on the basis of the advance state of the investigated creep fatigue; and in step 114, the calculated acting heat stress is made to act on the numerical value analysis model, until the advancing state of the creep fatigue of the numerical value analysis model becomes a predetermined state to execute numerical value analysis.
