MICROFLOW CHANNEL CHIP AND BIOLOGICAL POLYMER TREATMENT METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microflow channel chip capable of performing the pretreatment of a biological polymer, for example, a gene or the diagnosis of the gene on the spot at a high speed, and a biological polymer treatment method using it. SOLUTION: The microflow channel chip 1 is equipped with a microflow channel 2 having solution introducing ports 2A and 2B and a solution discharge port 4A, a micropillar 2P provided to the microflow channel 2 and a hydrogel valve 5 provided between the micropillar 2P and the solution discharge port. The micropillar 2P is covered with a material changed in zeta potential by the pH of the solution introduced from the solution introducing port 2A and the hydrogel valve 5 is composed of a polymer material and opened and closed by a change in the pH of the solution.
