The device has a column saddle (5) adjusting a tool-carrying spindle (11) or a work piece (3) for positioning a variably delivered pressure of a processing tool (13). The processing tool is mounted in a radial direction and/or axial direction on the spindle in an adjustment free manner. The tool-carrying spindle is mounted together with a drive (9) on the column saddle, and carries an unbalanced weight, which is radially adjusted for positioning eccentric distance of the weight to a central axis (15). An independent claim is also included for a method for machined surface processing of a bore hole of a work piece.
