<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die forming unit of a weather strip capable of preventing defective appearance caused by the turn-up of a seal part of the die forming unit for connecting extrusion-molding units above and below a waist line and a projection from a parting part when opening a door in a weather strip for sealing the parting part between a front door and a rear door of an automobile, reducing the manufacturing cost of a die, and facilitating forming work. <P>SOLUTION: In a die forming unit 21 for cutting off a seal part 17 of an extrusion-molding unit 5 from an end by a predetermined length and connecting it to the extrusion-molding unit 4, a seal part 22 which is die-formed on the mark of the cut-off seal part 17 is formed straight together with a mounting part 15 of the extrusion-molding part 5, and curved along a curved shape of a vehicle so that the seal part 22 forms an outer peripheral side.
