<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an erosion preventing function to an easily erosive portion of an objective member, such as rotary vanes of a turbine, at low cost by securing the reliability in production or under use environment. <P>SOLUTION: An erosion preventing portion 4 having an upper and lower two layer structure is formed on the easily erosive portion of the objective member 1, such as the rotary vanes of the turbine, where erosion is caused under use environment by liquid drops and solid particles, by carrying out the build-up welding for forming a lower layer 2 (low hardness material) of austenitic structure material and an upper layer 3 (high hardness layer) of stellite, etc. using a laser beam.
