PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acoustic device and a speaking device capable of preventing the occurrence of echo. SOLUTION: Permanent magnets 2, 3 with N and S poles magnetized alternatively in a striped manner are disposed on a front surface side of a diaphragm 1 and on a rear surface side of the diaphragm 1 respectively, and a conductor circuit 4 is wired on the diaphragm 1 along the striped magnetic poles in the permanent magnets 2, 3. A microphone 9 is disposed at a location where a distance from the surface of a baffle 8 on a front surface side of the same and a distance from the surface of the baffle 8 on a back surface side of the same are coincident with each other, and an opening part 9a of the microphone 9 from which a sound is input is formed like a straight line at a location where the distance from the surface of the baffle 8 on the front surface side of the same and the distance from the surface of the baffle 8 on the back surface side of the same are coincident with each other.
