PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a vehicle driving support apparatus which can safely support driving on the basis of output information of a forward recognition device 2 using a camera or the like in spite of a poor visibility due to a forward road shape. SOLUTION: The vehicle driving support apparatus includes: a navigation apparatus 1; the forward recognition device 2 which uses a camera or the like and photographs a condition around a vehicle and can calculate a distance and a relative speed to a specific object; and a sensor group which is mounted on the vehicle and acquires a vehicle running state, and the vehicle driving support apparatus judges whether driving support control based on output information of the forward recognition device using the camera or the like should be continued or not by running environment information obtained from the navigation apparatus 1 or the forward recognition device 2. When it is judged by information of the sensor group that the visibility is poor, the driving support control based on output information of the forward recognition device is interrupted.
