PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate a recording layer to access an optical disk device with an optical disk having two recording layers recorded in different physical formats mounted thereon and to enable a user to discriminate the designated recording layer. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: a disk type discrimination part 505 for discriminating the type of an optical disk loaded in an optical disk device; a control window display part 503 and a selection button display part 504 for displaying, when the disk type discrimination part 505 discriminates a twin format disk loaded, a window having a button used by a user to select a recording layer to be accessed by the optical disk device in a display device; a reproduction switching part 507 to designate a recording layer to be accessed by the optical disk device according to user's button operation; and a selection button display part 504 for displaying a recording layer to be accessed by the optical disk device according to user's button operation.
