PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber compound which is used for rubber products such as high boots or working clothes, reinforces hardness deterioration and rubber elasticity deterioration caused by atactic polypropylene compounded to reinforce the defects of porous polyester resin powder added to reduce the weight, is lighter than conventional rubber compounds, and is excellent in tensile strength. SOLUTION: This rubber compound is characterized by adding 10 to 30 pts. of atactic polypropylene, 1 to 20 pts. of porous polyester resin powder and 5 to 10 pts. of cellulose powder as compounding agents to a raw material rubber in an amount of≥50% based on the total amount.
