<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glare light diffusing member which makes compatibility between external light reflection preventiveness and good contrast when used for a display. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-glare light diffusing member has an anti-glare light diffusing layer containing a binder matrix and particles, formed on a transparent base material, wherein the anti-glare light diffusing layer has two types of surface roughness (Ra1, Ra2) stipulated by JIS-B0601-1994: Ra1 is in a range of 0.008 to 0.015 μm and Ra2 is less than 0.2 μm (Ra1: cutoff wavelength λc of 0.008 mm, Ra2: cutoff wavelength λc of 0.8 mm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
