PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the cost reduction of a resin hammer by improving the performance of manufacturing, handling and assembling of a hammer head. SOLUTION: The resin hammer includes the head 2 having striking parts at its both ends 4 and shanks 3 connected with the central part of the head 2 in a T-shape, wherein the head 2 has resin head pieces 5 arranged symmetrically on both sides, and a resin head holder 13 integrally connecting the head pieces 5 to the end of the shank 3 in a T-shape by sandwiching them from right and left sides with a fastening bolt 6. The head holder 13 has a left half 16 and a right half 17 integrally coupled by a flexible hinge 18 at the apex of the T-shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
