PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create the possibility that balls taken in from a ball take-in port part are taken into an internal area surrounded by a front partition wall from both of an upper ball distribution body and a lower ball distribution body to a winning ball take-in part. SOLUTION: In the variable winning device, there is the possibility that the balls fetched from the ball take-in port part 7 to the internal area surrounded by the front partition wall 6 are detached from both of a vertically moving upper ball distribution body 17 and a fixed lower ball distribution body 29 by a ball take-in driving mechanism 31 and are fetched to the winning ball take-in part 30 driven so as to be moved back and forth in left and right directions inside a ball take-in part 32.
