A local pager system for order-standby and a control method thereof are provided to accurately grasp a state of a wireless pager through bidirectional communication. A local pager system for order-standby includes a local pager(100), a charging and communicating member(200), and a paging member(300). The charging/communicating member charges the power of the cradled local pager and monitors the unloading or not of the local pager through communication with the local pager in real time. The paging member verifies the unloading or not of the local pager through the charging/communication member and outputs a paging signal in accordance with an unloading order of the local pager in wireless. The paging member includes a storing unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The storing unit stores sequentially standby numbers acquired by matching the unloading order of the local pager with original numbers of the local pager. The display unit displays the standby order through the blink of a button corresponding to the unloaded local pager. |
