An apparatus for removing seeds of red pepper is provided to accomplish removal of the seeds in short time without any damage on the red pepper and to allow removal of the red pepper's seeds inserted into a discharging drum by a brush or a spraying nozzle established one side of the discharging drum. An apparatus for removing seeds of red pepper comprises: a half-cylindrical shaped case(10) having an outlet for red pepper's seeds; a cylindrical shaped discharging drum(20) sloping downward, which is established in the case and has multiple discharging holes(21) on its outer cylindrical surface and an inlet(23) established on its front side; a driving roller(30) to support and rotate the discharging drum, which is located in lower part of the discharging drum; an air supply pipe(40) established in the discharging drum; multiple spray nozzle(50) for high pressure air; and a brush to remove seeds inserted into the discharging drum, which is established on the outer cylindrical surface of the discharging drum. |
