An apparatus for adjusting length of a tag fastener loop is provided to clean an apparatus body easily by mounting a support plate of a needle in an end of the apparatus body so as to be opened and closed up and down. An apparatus for adjusting length of a tag fastener loop comprises an apparatus body(1), a support plate(2) and a locker(3). An upper end of the support plate of a needle is mounted in an opened end of the apparatus body by being linked with a supporting axle screw(2s). The locker for locking a loop is supported by a lever(3v) in an intermediate side plate of the support plate of the needle. A position of the locker is capable of being changed from an upper end to a lower end so as to be crossed to a notched groove of the support plate of the needle.
