摘要 <p>The production of starting material for the production of a wear layer for turbine blades, comprises chemically undissolving a coating with a composition from its substrate, and sectionally detaching the coating as a foil by introducing a carrier with the coating present on the carrier into an electrolyte on which an electric potential is applied. The starting material is formed by layer material (60) of the detached coating. The used, worn out or damaged coating that exists in the form of nanoparticle layer is recycled. The production of starting material for the production of a wear layer for turbine blades, comprises chemically undissolving a coating with a composition from its substrate, and sectionally detaching the coating as a foil by introducing a carrier with the coating present on the carrier into an electrolyte on which an electric potential is applied. The starting material is formed by layer material (60) of the detached coating. The used, worn out or damaged coating that exists in the form of nanoparticle layer is recycled. The layer components are added to the coating, which is irrecoverable in frame of the use. Negative and positive potentials are applied on electrode in the electrolyte or electric pulses are applied on the carrier. Electric pulses with a routine are produced in the electrolyte and have a duty cycle of 0-100%, two different current densities of 5-1000 mA/cm 2> and a frequency of 5-1000 Hz. The electric pulses are produced with three different current densities and two different pulse frequencies. Between the highest three current densities and lowest three current densities with low pulse frequency is changed than between the highest current density and the intermediate current density. The layer material of the detached coating is shredded under formation of micro particles, which have a chemical composition, which corresponds to the wear layer. The further micro particles are added with the composition. The particle size of the micro particle is 1-1000 mu m. An independent claim is included for procedure for the production of nanoparticles.</p>
