A card for measuring the temperature and humidity of the construction surface of a building material is provided to reduce the defect of construction by measuring temperature and humidity easily and obtaining the information about the condition of construction. A card for measuring the temperature and humidity of the construction surface of a building material comprises a blotting paper(3) which comprises a card printed with a humidity indication part(1)deposited with cobalt chloride and a temperature indication part(2) comprising a thermochromic ink; a coating surface(4) which is completely coated on the upper part of the blotting paper by using a water impermeable material; a punched hole(7) which is formed by punching the back surface of the moisture indication part in contact with construction surface; and a sticker(6) which has an adhesive layer(5) and is adhered to the lower part of the blotting paper.
