An auto trace tester of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to enable the other stage to transfer the LCD panel even during a test by installing two stages for transferring the LCD panel, thereby reducing tact time. A loading portion alternatively loads LCD panels by having plural stages(13,15). A testing portion(5) automatically sets a focus of a camera by measuring a distance from the LCD panel alternatively loaded by the loading portion. The testing portion tests the LCD panel based on image information obtained by photographing a testing unit for testing a trace by image information for test points of the LCD panel. An unloading portion(7) receives the tested LCD panel from a transfer(9) and discharges the LCD panel to the following process. A controller controls the loading portion, the testing portion and the unloading portion. |
