A separable type camera module is provided to separate two modules according to a function type, thereby mounting a high-performance camera module on a mobile phone and realizing the thickness of the mobile phone. A separable type camera module comprises a variator module(21) for performing a zoom function and a compensator module(22) for adjusting a focus according to variation of the variator module. An auxiliary compensator module performs an auxiliary focusing process. A portable device comprises a first body for mounting the variator module thereon, and a second body for mounting the compensator module thereon.
