A liquid-phase detergent packed with water-soluble polymer film is provided to remove the inconvenience of weighing a detergent, to prevent detergent powder from flying away, and to exhibit more excellent solubility in water than powdered detergents. A liquid-phase detergent packed with water-soluble polymer film includes 23-25wt% of a non-ionic higher natural alcoholic surfactant, 25-33wt% of an anionic straight alkylbenzene-based surfactant, 13-15wt% of an anionic alpha-olefinic surfactant, 22-25wt% of ethyleneglycol, and 9-10wt% of a fatty acid salt. The anhydrous liquid-phase detergent has a water content less than 7%. The detergent has a PH of 7-9 and a viscosity ranging from 350 to 500 cps.
