A concrete sculpture manufacturing method is provided to produce an elaborate sculpture by pouring and hardening sculpture materials with assembling pieces and frames of a mold from the lower part in order and to reduce the manufacturing cost by using cement mortar as the sculpture material. In a concrete sculpture manufacturing method, a division plate(2) is installed in a vertical direction to the surface of a sculpture model(1). When dough(311) for a mold is spread on the surface of the model and plasticized, split mold pieces are separated from the model. The sculpture material is filled in the mold formed by connecting plural mold pieces and plasticized, installing the mold pieces and frames from the lower part in order. The division plate is installed around a recessed groove when the sculpture is finished. A connecting plate(31) vertical to the surface of the mold piece is formed at the edge of the mold piece by pasting the dough on the surface of the model toward the division plate. The dough is repeatedly spread several times. A reinforcing plate is additionally installed at the connecting plate formed at the edge of the mold pieces. The mold piece comprises inner and outer layers. The inner layer is made of liquid silicon curable at normal temperature. The outer layer is made of liquid glass fiber reinforced plastic. The material for the sculpture is cement mortar. A bubble exhaust hole for discharging the internal air is formed on the upper end of the mold piece forming a part protruded upward from the sculpture. |
