A jig device used to assemble a vehicle seat is provided to employ a power supplying unit to check the operation state and the failure of electrical parts installed in the vehicle seat. A support body(110) is provided at the upper portion thereof with a plurality of support rollers(111) to support the lower portion of a rotation body(130) such that the rotation body rotates smoothly. Guide rails(131) are installed at two opposite sides of the rotation body, and the guide rollers are inserted into the guide rail. A rotation unit(140) rotates by a hinge shaft provided at the upper side of the rotation body. The rotation unit is provided at the second side thereof with a rotation bar(141) and a shock absorber(142). The rotation bar is mounted on the rotation shaft provided at one side of the rotation body. The shock absorber is installed at the upper side of the rotation body to rotate the rotation bar in a vertical direction.
