A centralized network system and an ONU(Optical network unit) are provided to install a CO(Central Office) instead of a CMTS(Cable Modem Terminal System) and transmit a data packet signal to the ONU, thereby easily managing an HFC(Hybrid-Fiber Coaxial) network in the center. An optical module(301) receives a data signal through an optical path, and transmits the received data signal. A coaxial connection modem(302) converts the data signal, received from the optical module, into a data packet signal and transmits the converted data packet signal. A switching unit(303) transmits the data packet signal, received from the coaxial connection modem, to plural ONUs(Optical Network Units). |
