The design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a locking device as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the locking device are a housing portion having side walls, top and bottom walls, a flat rear wall and a generally flat front wall; the front wall has a central projecting section having a flat front slightly recessed surface with a circular keyhole area thereon; the side walls curve outwardly away from the front wall and the top and bottom walls have generally aligned identical circular depressions therein each merging into a flat circular bottom surface having a circular opening therein; the top wall curves downwardly to the right and the bottom wall curves upwardly to the right; an element extends rearwards from the rear wall as a continuation of and following the contour of the left side wall of the locking device; the element has rounded upper and lower rear corners which merge into curved upper and lower surfaces which follow the curved contour of the top and bottom walls of the housing portion.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Figure 1 is a left front perspective view of the locking device;Figure 2 is a right rear perspective view thereof;Figure 3 is a front view thereof;Figure 4 is a right side view thereof;Figure 5 is a left side view thereof;Figure 6 is a top view thereof;Figure 7 is a rear view thereof; andFigure 8 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
