A steel pipe rotating device is provided to prevent noise occurrence by rotating a steel pipe for laying, and to lay a steel pipe environment-friendlily by preventing the formation of harmful substances to environment. A steel pipe rotating device includes a steel pipe(10) formed in a cylindrical shape and extended in a longitudinal direction to be rotated and buried in the ground by external force, plural guide members(20) projected to the upper outside of the steel pipe at regular intervals and welded to the steel pipe, and a connection member(30) coupled between a rotation member mounted to a steel pipe laying device and the steel pipe and coupled to the outside of the steel pipe partially to transfer the rotary force of the rotation member to the steel pipe. The connection member comprises an upper plate(310) formed in a disk shape and provided with a first hole(312) to insert the steel pipe and plural connecting holes(314) to penetrate a connector, a lower plate(320) facing the upper plate at a certain distance and provided with a second hole(322) to insert the steel pipe and guide grooves(326) to insert plural guide members, and plural connectors(330) connecting the upper plate and the lower plate. |
