A deflector (42) includes an edge mounted on an outer edge of a unit (40), and another edge remotely placed from the unit that forms a shield. A grill (60) is placed on an open top of the body. A deflector (43) includes an edge mounted on an outer edge of another unit (41), and another edge remotely placed from the unit that forms the shield. A heat sink (17) including through holes is placed on bottom of the body. A water basin (50) is slidingly assembled below the sink. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Infrared barbecue grill for heating food e.g. meat. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The structure of grill enables heat distribution on the grill in a regular manner without emitting smoke, thus avoiding harmful effect on the human body.
