[Also in Group X] A moulding comprises a continuous channelshaped clip 1 of aluminium, steel or plastic having its edges inturned at 2, and an enclosing ornamental fabric or other flexible covering 3, the longitudinal edges of which are turned inwardly and upwardly into the interior of the clip and sandwiched between the internal surface of the clip 1 and a series of spring tags 11 which are formed with pressed-out tangs 12 for frictionally engaging a support, the clip 1 having spaced staggered slots extending inwardly from its opposite edges to render the clip capable of universal bending. The moulding may be mounted on a flange of a vehicle body or on the edge of a carpet. The Provisional Specification also includes the subject matter of Specifications 779,866 and 779,867, [Group X].
