<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form efficiently the opening of a second semiconductor layer to acquire the electrical conduction of a first semiconductor side, in the stage that many elements are fixed to a supporting body in a photovoltaic conversion device comprising a globular first semiconductor and a second semiconductor layer covering its surface, and in a method for manufacturing the photovoltaic conversion device equipped with the supporting body having a hole to mount each element. <P>SOLUTION: The element is mounted liquid-tightly in the hole of the supporting body with a conductive adhesive, a member in which abrasive grain or a polishing member is held containing abrasive grain or an etching liquid is ground together with the backside of the supporting body, at least a part of the second semiconductor layer exposed in the backside of the supporting body is removed to form an opening which exposes a part of the first semiconductor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
