PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adsorbing suspended dust to a net or wing by using static electricity which generates when chemical resins rub against one another in a device for eliminating the suspended dust present in a room. SOLUTION: The suspended dust in the room is adsorbed and eliminated in a short time by using an electric fan 1, wherein the electric fan 1 is covered with a net 2, and wings 3 are connected at the tip, so that the wings 3 are rubbed against one another to generate the static electricity, and the static electricity increases with time and goes all over the net 2, and while a long time, the capacity of static electricity increases and an adsorbing force increases.
