The device has right and left control rods (7) placed near a steering wheel (9). The rods are articulated on a case (3) including a disc. Pivot points of the rods are closer to each other, in a plane parallel to the steering wheel such that the rods are symmetric with respect to a median plane of the wheel. A set of tie rods with fingers and stops of the disc presents symmetry with respect to center of the disc.
