<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively provide information regarding power supplying statuses. <P>SOLUTION: The microcomputer 107 acquires current value measured by the current measurement circuit 102 and the voltage value measured by the voltage measurement circuit 103 with a certain cycles and they are stored in the RAM of the microcomputer 107. Based on the acquired current value and voltage value, the statuses of the power supply used by a customer (e.g. "power failure", "instantaneous voltage drop", "voltage normal and current zero", or "restored") are determined.
