PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings having an openable-closable air vent, and having a sash for easily cleaning the air vent and a louver. SOLUTION: The fittings have a frame body arranged in a boundary between the indoor and outdoor sides and forming an opening, and the sash having the louver provided in an air vent and the air vent arranged in the frame body so as to be capable of blocking up the opening and communicating the indoor and outdoor sides.
