PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a decorative panel on which a multistep uneven-pattern design is formed. SOLUTION: Lower protrusive pattern layer in a predetermined shape is provided on the surface of a base material, and an upper protrusive pattern layer different in pattern from the lower protrusive pattern layer is formed on a part of the protrusive pattern layer. The lower and upper protrusive pattern layers have the relationship of a difference in color. The upper protrusive pattern layer is formed in such a shape as to be framed with a width of 1-20 mm, in comparison with the lower protrusive pattern layer. A sense of massiveness, luxuriousness, and a sense of colorfulness can be imparted to the panel. When the upper protrusive pattern layer is framed in comparison with the lower protrusive pattern layer, it becomes clearly discriminable, and the panel can obtain a great depth by virtue of an increase in its stereoscopic effect.
