PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which an oxide translucent conductive film which is conventionally needed is not used and provide an electronic device having a display device provided with a new electrode material. SOLUTION: A translucent conductive film containing a hole transporting organic compound and a metallic oxide showing an electronic receptiveness for the hole transporting organic compound forms a pixel or an electrode of a pixel part. The hole transporting organic compound and the metallic oxide showing the electronic receptiveness are composed to make a resistance ratio 1×10<SP>6</SP>Ωcm or less and to function as the electrode of the pixel. Since it is not necessary to form a translucent electrode by using a specific rare material, a manufacturing cost of such an electronic device as represented by a flat panel display can be reduced.
