A service tracing control method, which processes the collision detection before issuing or performing the command for tracing and controlling the component, and different processing is processed on the components having various tracing conditions. The related tracing device such as the corresponding service tracing system and the service database, the tracing control server, the tracing agent, etc. are provided. The method can process pertinence operation on the components in various tracing conditions, and solve the collision problem when opening and closing the component tracing function.
