PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a shielded conductor capable of simply filling a filler in an outer tube, and thereby manufacturing the shield conductor excelling in thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a shielded conductor is used for manufacturing a shielded conductor including the outer tube, wires 10 inserted into the outer tube, and the filler 30 filled among the outer tube and the wires 10. The manufacturing method of a shielded conductor is characterized by including: a wire arrangement process of using, as the outer tube, a tube 20 shrinkable by a predetermined condition, and arranging the wires 10 in the tube 20 before shrinking it; a filling process of filling the filler 30 among the tube 20 and the wires 10; and a shrinking process of shrinking the tube 20 after the filling process.
