PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conventional problems of a cargo positioning device usable for correcting positional shift of cargo vertically unloaded to a fixed position by transfer equipment. SOLUTION: This cargo positioning device is provided with a movable table 5 energized and held in the forward limit position by a movable table energizing means 14 and enabling forward/backward movement; a cargo support roller 30 supporting cargo and allowing lateral movement of the cargo on a horizontal plane; and a cargo positioning roller 29 journaled on the movable table 5 and arranged adjacent to side face of the cargo supported in the fixed position on the cargo support roller 30. The movable table energizing means 14 has energizing force permitting the movable table 5 to move backwardly together with the cargo positioning roller 29 when the cargo supported by the transfer equipment is vertically unloaded in the position for pushing out the cargo positioning roller 29 outwardly with respect to the fixed position and allowing the movable table 5 to return and move to the forward limit position so as to push back the cargo to the fixed position via the cargo positioning roller 29 when the cargo is supported by the cargo support roller 30.
