PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device which reduces the misrecognition of an occupant about the residual amount of fuel. SOLUTION: The information output device 10 is provided with a liquid surface sensor 21 for detecting the height of the liquid surface of the fuel stored in a fuel tank by the liquid surface sensor 21 and a display part 13 for displaying information based on the height of the detected liquid surface.
