PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can be positioned easily, with which the number of processes and the number of jigs can be reduced, cost is curtailed by making the size of a molding die smaller, and money loss can be low when faults occur at a resin molding process. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 is constituted by arranging a first side plate 41 and a second side plate 42 of a circuit component coating body 4 at two adjacent side faces of unit batteries 2. The circuit component coating body 4 is made by resin molding a part of a first lead plate 6, a protective circuit 5, a protective element 8 and a second lead plate 7 all in a wrapped state. The first side plate 41 is provided with a window part 41a into which the second lead plate 7 is inserted in a length direction of the first side plate 41 and an anode terminal 2a of the unit battery 2 is inserted to weld it to the second lead plate 7.
