PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system in which, when a power supply supplying the power to a base station which is supplied with the power supply from an outside is stopped for some reason, a management side managing this system can detect a stop of supplying the power supply. SOLUTION: In the radio communication system comprising at least one base station and a mobile station, the base station comprises at least an antenna part, a radio part and a preparatory power supply. Further, if the base station detects the stop of supplying the power supply for operation, the base station switches a destination of supplying the power supply to the preparatory power supply, and also notifies a prescribed notification destination of the stop of supplying the power supply.
