PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling a general consumer to quickly and easily obtain a renovation design support. SOLUTION: This building renovation design support system is provided with a field survey sheet 110 provided with a coordinate identification pattern unique to each coordinate and electronically readable, to which current building information GI including layout information of a building is to be written; a digital writing implement 120 for reading and sending current building information by electronically reading an absolute position coding pattern of coordinates while a user writes in the field survey sheet; and a mobile terminal 130 comprising a current building information acquiring means 131 acquiring current building information, a transmitting means 133 transmitting a 3D modeling request for requesting the preparation of a 3D model based on the current building information, to a server through a network, a receiving means 134 receiving the 3D model based on the current building information and/or at least one two-dimensional drawing generated from the 3D model, from the server, and a display means 136 displaying the received 3D model and/or two-dimensional drawing.
