<p>A rotating wheel and variable moment pumping unit driven by motor comprises a basement (1) , a frame (13), a sucker rod (3) and a counterweight (9), a rod wheel (5) mounted a shaft on the top of the frame (13), a drive mechanism for driving the rod wheel (5). The sucker rod (3) is attached to the rod wheel (5) through a suction rope (4). A counerweight-wheel (7) is coaxial with the rod wheel (5). When the sucker rod rises, the counterweight-wheel's excircle curve is composed of two parts in the counterweight-wheel rotation direction. The first part is a constant-radius arc. The distance between the second part of the excircle curve andthe counterweight-wheel's center increases gradually in the counterweight-wheel rotation direction. The counerweigh (9) is attached to the counerweight-wheel (7) through a counterweight rope (8). The structure of the pumping unit is simple and the pumping unit is easy to operate.</p> |
